building teams that solve problems without you.
creating the conditions for others to lead.
shaping what's next.

You've worked hard to get where you are.
You've built your reputation by being the woman who figures things out, gets things moving, and makes sure the work gets done right.
And it's paid off. You've earned the title, the responsibility, and the seat at the table. But somewhere along the way, being the person everyone can count on started to become exhausting.
Your team needs an answer before they can move forward. Your boss has another priority that needs your attention. Something isn't going according to plan, and you're the person everyone looks to for a solution.
Meanwhile, the work you know you should be doing as an executive keeps getting pushed to next week.
The strategic planning. The bigger organizational decisions. Developing the people who could take more off your plate if you had the time to invest in them.
I spent 15 years supporting leadership development for the Marine Corps, followed by nearly seven years as a VP, where I was responsible for roughly $25 million in operations and another $25 million in personnel.
And despite everything I knew about leadership, I still found myself spending far too much time putting out fires. I was good at getting things done. So people kept bringing things to me, and I kept handling them.
Eventually, I was burned out, resentful, and frustrated that I couldn't spend more time on the work that mattered most.
I had to recognize that the habits that helped me become successful earlier in my career weren't going to help me become the executive I wanted to be.
I needed to develop my team differently, become more intentional about where I spent my time, and stop making myself the solution to every problem.
And that's what I want for you, too.
I want you to have the capacity to think about where your organization is going next instead of spending every day responding to what's happening right now.
And I want you to enjoy the career you've worked so hard to build, with the confidence that your team can keep moving forward even when you're not personally involved in everything.
Because you can be ambitious, make an enormous impact, and still have a life outside of work that you love.
It's the coaching, community, and practical support I wish more women had access to as they move into senior executive leadership.
A place where you can bring the challenges you're facing, work through them with women who understand your world, and get the support you need to lead at the level you're capable of.
You've already proven you can carry a tremendous amount of responsibility.
Now I want to help you build the kind of leadership that doesn't require you to carry it all yourself.

Every stage of executive leadership requires a different approach. And the habits that got you promoted aren't always the ones that will help you succeed at the next level.
The Executive Leadership Continuum™ helps you identify where you are today and what to focus on next, so you can grow into a more strategic, influential leader.
Most leadership programs give every leader the same advice. WELL is built around where YOU are in your leadership journey.
Using the Executive Leadership Continuum™, you'll get a clear picture of what to focus on next, along with the coaching, tools, and support to help you make progress.
❋
Build a team that takes ownership, so you're not the person everyone needs to consult before making a decision or moving a project forward.
❋
Create more capacity for strategic work, so your days aren't consumed by problems, meetings, and responsibilities that could be handled without you.
❋
Increase your influence at the executive level, so you can confidently manage up, contribute to bigger organizational decisions, and make your perspective heard.
❋
Know exactly what to work on next, with leadership development tailored to your current stage instead of another collection of advice you're left to figure out how to apply.
You'll have a clear path for becoming the executive leader your role requires, with experienced coaching and a community of women supporting you along the way.

A Full Year of Leadership Development and Support
Your leadership challenges won't disappear after one workshop or coaching session. With 12 months inside WELL, you'll have ongoing support as you apply what you're learning, take on new responsibilities, and grow into the next stage of executive leadership.
You don't have to figure out every leadership challenge on your own anymore.
Inside WELL, you'll have experienced coaching, practical tools, and a community of women who want to see you succeed.

It's Monday morning, and your calendar has time set aside for the strategic work you've been putting off for months. And this time, you're confident you'll get to it.
Your team is moving projects forward without checking with you at every turn. When problems come up, they bring you recommendations instead of waiting for answers.
You're spending more time in conversations about where the organization is headed, and when your boss adds another priority, you can confidently discuss what needs to shift to make room for it.
You're still the leader everyone trusts. But everything doesn't have to depend on you anymore.
You have time to develop your people, influence decisions beyond your department, and maybe even make it to your kid's soccer game without checking your phone every ten minutes.
And when leadership gets complicated, you have a community of accomplished women who understand exactly what you're navigating.
You've worked hard to get here. You deserve to enjoy being here, too.
That's what the Women's Executive Leadership Lab is designed to help you build.

I’ve spent decades leading inside complex organizations and coaching women who carry real responsibility. I know what it looks like to lead at a high level while juggling competing priorities, limited time, and high expectations.
Across roles and industries, one truth keeps showing up:
Leadership works best when it’s designed intentionally.
The Women’s Executive Leadership Lab brings together the systems, structures, and support I’ve used with senior leaders to help them lead strategically and sustainability.
I get it. When you're already juggling a full calendar, the last thing you want is another commitment.
But that's exactly why WELL exists.
You don't need to complete hours of coursework before you can benefit. Bring the challenges you're already dealing with to Office Hours, get coaching on what to do next, and use the resources that apply to your current priorities.
The goal is to help you change how you're spending your time at work, not give you another thing to squeeze into your schedule.
Not at all. WELL was created specifically for women navigating senior leadership.
At this level, your challenges look different. You're managing competing priorities, developing other leaders, influencing decisions beyond your department, and figuring out how to deliver results without personally overseeing everything.
The Executive Leadership Continuum™ helps you identify which leadership skills deserve your attention now, regardless of your title or years of experience.
Most leadership programs teach everyone the same material and leave you to figure out how to apply it.
Inside WELL, your development is guided by the Executive Leadership Continuum™, so you're working on the leadership priorities that matter most at your current stage.
And because you have ongoing access to coaching and a community of peers, you can get support with the situations you're facing at work instead of trying to apply generic advice on your own.
Yes! You'll have access to weekly Office Hours where you can bring your questions and leadership challenges directly to me.
You'll also have twice-monthly group coaching sessions where we work through leadership challenges together.
My goal is to help you walk away with practical next steps you can use in your organization.
Then you're in the right place.
Executive leadership involves managing up just as much as leading your own team.
Whether you're struggling to get support for your priorities, navigating competing expectations, or trying to influence decisions you don't have final authority over, those are exactly the kinds of challenges we can work through together.
You're not expected to attend every session to benefit from WELL.
You can use the leadership resource library whenever you need it and participate in the community around your schedule.
The live coaching opportunities are there to support you as challenges arise, so you can make use of them when they're most relevant to you.
You can join the Women's Executive Leadership Lab for $97 per month or $997 per year.
The annual membership gives you two months free compared with paying monthly.
Both options give you access to the coaching, community, and leadership resources inside WELL.
If you're a woman in a Director, VP, or executive role who wants to become a more effective, strategic leader, WELL was built with you in mind.
You may be tired of being the person everyone depends on, ready to develop a more independent team, or looking for greater influence within your organization.
You don't need to have everything figured out before joining.
You just need to be ready to invest in becoming the leader you want to be.
Because you are your best investment.
